Planting Seeds of Hope is proud to be one of the co-founders of Lincoln Park Community Garden 2.0. Relocated and revamped from its old home on Washington Street, the Community Garden now on West Kinney Street is on property owned by Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District and operated by PSH and local community leaders. 2020 will be its 4th full year and will build upon the 28 members, 3 educational partner programs, and over 50 volunteers visiting us in 2019. It’s an essential piece of the fabric of our community at southern end of downtown.
